Two back-to-back board members leaving from Yatra’s board raises further questions -
- Amit Bapna, CFO of Reliance Capital, is leaving the board - there was no mention about this in the proxy statement filed on 11/30
Mr. Amit Bapna, who served as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Yatra Online, Inc. (the “Company”) since November 2013, did not seek re-election at the Company’s 2017 Annual General Meeting (the “Annual General Meeting”) on December 12, 2017, upon the expiration of his term
- Promod Haque, Senior Managing Partner of Norwest Venture Partners, resigned from the board effective as of 10/13/2017
On October 13, 2017, Promod Haque resigned from the Board of Directors of Yatra Online, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of October 13, 2017. Mr. Haque had served as a non-executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors since July 2006. Mr. Haque informed the Company that his decision to resign from the Board of Directors did not result from a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
